For Vendors
Answer the questionnaire once. Not every time.
A well-maintained euviq profile gives buyers structured, verifiable information about your company and your products — reducing the ad hoc due-diligence cycle for both sides.
What a profile gives you
Maintain your information once. It carries into every evaluation.
A structured Vendor profile
Legal entity, jurisdiction, ownership and deployment, recorded once in a form buyers can actually compare.
Structured Product profiles
Each Product with its own evidence file, separate from company-level facts and from every other Product you publish.
Submit and update evidence
Attach certificates, register entries and documentation directly to the claims they support.
Fewer repeated questionnaires
A well-evidenced profile answers the security questionnaire a buyer would otherwise send you again.
Procurement readiness
Show up already structured for the buyer-authored requirements a procurement evaluation will check against.
What buyers see
The same profile a procurement team is reading right now.

A principle we hold to
Paying euviq never means stronger verification.
A verification state reflects what evidence exists and what euviq has actually checked against it — nothing else moves it. There is no package that upgrades a claim from vendor-supplied to verified. The only way to a stronger state is stronger evidence.
Where things stand today
The Vendor portal is not open yet.
This phase is about establishing the profile model and hearing from Vendors who want to be part of it early. Commercial terms have not been set, and none are implied by registering interest.
